Open purchase and return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To return an item, the following applies:

• The product must be in original condition and unused.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds will be made once we have received and inspected the goods.

• Special offers and sale items are not included in open purchases.
